2010-2011: THE WEB-SERIES HITS THE STAGE

Once upon a time, before streaming was a thing, Mother Eve began as a web series. In order to promote the award-winning web-series, the cast of Mother Eve performed a live fifteen-minute stage version in NYC at Upright Citizens Brigade, a Hunter College Benefit, and the Red Tie Mafia Comedy Hour to encourage audience members to watch the web-series on a brand new internet site called You... Tube. It immediately became clear to the Mother Eve team that, to fully blossom, this web series should be developed into a full-length rock musical.

2011: The AWARD-WINNING Mother of All Rock Musicals

Premiered as a full-length rock musical at the Midtown International Theatre Festival. Mother Eve was awarded The Producer Award, Outstanding Lead Actress, and Best Costume Design. In addition, Mother Eve was nominated for Outstanding Production, Outstanding Direction, Outstanding Music and Lyrics, Outstanding Choreography, and Outstanding Supporting Actor.

2012: MOTHER EVE ROCKS COAST to COAST

The Mother of All Rock Musicals performed at the People’s Improv Theater in NYC and then in Los Angeles at the Grove Theater Center, where it was nominated for “Best of Fest.” 

Back in NYC, Mother Eve took the New York International Fringe Festival by storm with sold-out audiences, standing ovations, rave reviews, and the some attention from major theater producers.

2013: There’s a NEW JERSEY GIRL in town...

As the winner of the 9th Annual New Jersey Playwrights Contest, Mother Eve performed in New Jersey! 

2015-2019: First, THE JERRY ORBACH THEATER... Then the WORLD!

Enthusiastically led by the Tony Award-winning Pam Laudenslager and Colleen Lober of Hemisphere Two Entertainment, a producers' stage reading of Mother Eve’s Secret Garden of Sensual Sisterhood was performed at the Jerry Orbach Theater with the intent of bringing the Mother of All Musicals to the world.

PRESENTLY: DIVINELY AND WITH GUSTO....

And thus, Mother Eve’s Secret Garden of Sensual Sisterhood continues to look for its next garden adventure, celebrating individuality and the power of positive thinking with edgy humor, killer rock music, and a big heart.

And thus, we are grateful that our garden adventure continues as Mother Eve’s Secret Garden of Sensual Sisterhood is headed to Off-Broadway, which would have seemed impossible when we first gathered in that apartment in Battery Park in New York City on that cold January night years ago. We suppose, it was just in the numbers.
